I would give a zero star if I could. I was charged 90 for two chairs and an umbrella for 3 days. Their online price is almost half that. When I asked about it i was told “Oh we just raised our prices this week”. Their online prices are still almost half of what I was charged. Do not go here!!!!

We've rented from here before with no issues. This time, we arrived in town and to the shop 10 minutes before closing at 5pm. The shop was already closed and we lost out on having bikes for that night. Had to wait until the next day to get our bikes. 3 of the 4 bike seats broke and spun around while riding, making it difficult and uncomfortable. We returned them before our week was up and might try another shop next time with newer bikes and that stay open until the closing time, especially when online rentals are already on the books for that day.

Excellent customer service! They were quick with answers to questions, very friendly and helpful. We rented two chairs and an umbrella for a week and a stand up paddle board for one day. We highly recommend them and look forward to renting again!

Forest and the other guys were extremely accommodating...the golf cart was great to get to beach access that was less crowded as others and to sight see Folly at our leisure. Highly recommend FBA!
