Normal Department, but the cashier was very unfriendly, and we waited for more than 3 hours, even those who come after us - because the employee cashier came before us.... one employee Ruined everything

Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. Wait. All you do is wait, wait, wait, wait, wait. Seriously why bother making an appointment if it still takes 3 hours to see you. Even just to get birth control pills. Ridiculous. Not to mention you get to starve and die of theist since no food or drinks are allowed. Staff doesn't care. No respect for your time.

I've been here since 8am and it's now 12:29. That's 4.5 hours of waiting. Food & drinks aren't allowed while waiting. Complaints fall on deaf ears. No respect for your time.
