Highly highly recommend Seahorse Pools for all you pool needs and services. I have worked with Steve for a few months now and he has been nothing but responsive, knowledgeable, professional and extremely helpful. I am new to having a pool and just moved into a house with a pool, so I inevitably have a lot of questions for him. He is always quick to respond to any question I have (small or big) with detailed information. Just recently I needed someone to help show me how to clean the filter and he was able to fit me in next day and also helped me work and function my pool cleaner. He also provided a “pool school” to my wife and I when we first moved in and he explained everything very well with first hand knowledge. I will continue to use Seahorse for all my pools needs going forward. Thank you Seahorse for all your help!

I have used Seahorse for years until now. I had my guinite redone twice in the last 6 years. Poor quality. It is corroding again. I was told the mixture was not prepared correctly. A calcium mixture issue. Today, I go to the store and the gate was locked, says they are open. I called them and they had no desire to help me! I was going to go in and inquire of pebbletec instead of plaster. Do not use this company!!

We chose to replace our pool decking, resurface the pool & add a water feature to it. I couldn't be happier with the final product. What made the difference w/this project were the folks I worked with @ Seahorse Pools to get it done. Steve was very knowledgeable & accomodating during the design & proposal proces...his suggestions & advice proved to be 100% spot on. Wes was the link that made the construction portion of this project flow perfectly. He was on top of it and made sure we were always happy with the way things were progressing. His attention to detail was unmatched & very welcomed. Another member of the team that provided excellent attention to detail, especially with regards to the new deck around the pool was Fernando. I appreciated all of the extra things that I saw him doing or fixing. Each one only enhanced the final product. We are more than happy with our ew\ pool. I have contacted this business 3 times and of those calls, I spoke with someone twice. I provided my name and number and expressed our interest in wanting a custom pool built at our home. To this day, several weeks later, no one has ever reached out to me. If Sea Horse Pool have such poor customer service or follow up skills then I can only imagine their whole operation may be just as bad.
