Slow and confused Passport Service. They obviously hadn't been trained well and didn't know what they were doing. The backdrop was a crumpled looking foam board taped to the wall (thankfully didn't show up in pics) It took 45 minutes with 3 different employees to get our photo right. The printing was very slow too. Much quicker and better service at a CVS or Walgreens.

I have been waiting on (4) packages for almost a week now, one of those being a present for a child's birthday. I visited this location twice now and both times was turned away being told that the UPS handling my packages was, \a different company\. I have tried repeatedly to go online and call the 1800 number to modify the tracking/delivery options but have had no luck. I understand that tracking of packages and the delivery industry in general can be a logistical nightmare, I just was really hoping that the customer service end of the business would be a little more helpful. In the future I will just have to have all my packages delivered to an Amazon Locker being that UPS just can't provide professional service.
Stay away from this store. In addition to the issues already had with UPS and their lack of care with deliveries, there has been a change of ownership that took it from caring enough to donate free boxes for diaper donations, to the owner now not even wanting to help locate lost packages shipped through this store. Don’t blame Covid or your employees. I have been going here for quite some time and the only thing that has really changed is the ownership.
Worst worst Worst experience ever!!!! , paid 74 dlls for shipping a packet they never deliver. They don't have the logistics to do international shipping—worst customer service. Stupid answers and excuses for each of my questions. How much money does the owner make a week that he can't reimburse 70 dlls?!!!
The employees are always polite, but EVERY time I have been in lately at least one employee has had their mask below their nose, even while at the front assisting customers. Please advise your employees that it is not safe for them or for customers and enforce guidelines on proper mask use.
