I went in to look at a specific truck and met Morgan Randall. He was one of the best, and most helpful, sales guys I have ever worked with. He was very knowledgeable of inventory and worked very hard to get me financed, even with challenged credit. I didn't get the truck I went for, but he found me one even better! I ended up with a brand new GMC Elevation and will definitely send others to work with him.

Friendly salespeople come out and assist with all your needs and answer all questions/concerns. Nice experience. Follow up to the first review... A couple of days later, I returned to the dealership to purchase the vehicle I previously inquired about. Same awesome experience! The sales team members were all extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. It was a seamless process to trade in my current vehicle and drive away in my dream car!

I purchased a Cadillac from this dealership and wouldn’t recommend them at all. I had my car delivered from 3 hours away and they snuck in hidden fees, lied about my finance terms, delivered the car dirty, no gas, a blinker out, and two tires low on air. They were so rude over the phone and took hours to answer about any issues or simple questions I had. I emailed the manager and of course no response. Just beware of this dealership and it’s staff. Super unprofessional. Justin in finance jumped down my throat when I declined gap insurance (that he profits from). Chase, my salesman, took hours to respond to simple questions, and lied about several details of my car and finances. And the delivery guy was probably the rudest person I’ve dealt with in years. Just an awful experience all together. Beware.

This was my first visit for service and it went very well. I only needed an oil change and tire rotation . I scheduled the service online and the process was very easy. All of the staff were very nice and they did a good job explaining the service and their concerns. And pricing is fair. I will certainly return for my next oil change.
