Beyond our expectations for a furnished apartment! Super clean and conveniently located within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Luis was super friendly and went above and beyond to meet all our needs! Would defiantly recommend staying at 8 Perimeter place.

I lived here for almost 6 months, it was the absolute best experience I've ever had when dealing with a corporate leasing company, the owner Luis was very kind, understanding and attentive. I will most definitely be using them again if I ever need a corporate furnished apartment again, kudos kudos kudos to Luis !!!

I have stayed at these properties several times while on extended stay in ATL for work. The property is a secure, comfortable environment that offers a relaxing atmosphere with all the comforts of home. When away from home for a while, laundry and the ability to have a kitchen is such a comfort. The management is quick to respond and is very accommodating. The cost is reasonable in relation to a hotel that does not offer the same level of amenities. I strongly recommend this opportunity to fellow business travelers.
