This was by far the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I called to ask pricing after I locked my keys in my car. The man I spoke with mumbled the entire phone conversation and I barely heard anything he said. I asked him to repeat the price and he said 29. I had them come out, and after the locksmith opened my car, they then said the price was 125! I asked why so much, and he said it was 100 to open the car, the 25 for him to come out. He never went over the price before opening my car, so the job was already done. I paid, and called the company to ask why this wasn’t explained, and put in 2 complaints and NEVER got a call back. Then had to call back a 3rd time before getting to talk to someone. The person I talked to, had ZERO empathy. She stated the range of services is 100-200 plus the travel charge. I explained that if she can give me that range, then the person who I originally talked to could have given me that, but they only told be 29. She told me it was my fault for not asking more questions about pricing, and would not do anything to help me, and then had the audacity to HANG UP ON ME. I called them back again, and spoke to someone else, who said they offered me everything they could do, WHICH WAS NOTHING. When I told her that was unacceptable, she hung up on me too! I work in customer service, and I can not imagine treating someone this way.

Works as expected. If you need to access your saved keys and don't want to wait for shipping this definitely works. I will comment that the pricing structure certainly follows supply and demand. A typical brass key duplicate costs 4. If you access your saved keys and don't have physical key its 10. I guess they assume that your locked out and will pay anything to resolve that issue. I went there assuming I could just select all the keys in my set and make a duplicate copy on one order and be done, however there is no way to make multiple keys under the same order after all. I went to make a second set of keys and ended up with 5 separate 3.99 charges on my card, including one where it charged me then notified me something went wrong with the key and they would refund that charge.
