Whomever the lady was at the front, wouldn't give her name. Is horrible. Before we even got to the window she was yelling at us to do it on the app which we already did. I showed her asking if I could get the title. She just kept saying I don't know what your asking. So I tried to explain it but she wouldn't stop saying she couldn't help me long enough to help me. Unless all titles are in the vehicles, which they are not, maybe you should get her some help cause she is obviously not up to the task. Im going to record the next interaction and pay that next.

I spoke with 2 different ladies they where both very helpful. In fact they where very nice.
They selling vehicles Belonging to private sellers, claiming as insurance cars which it’s wrong thats Lying to the buyers and as a buyer im guiding by they example They claim cars as insurance and they are not it’s terrible corporate needs to stop looking on make money only we Custumer cannot be scammed we are who’s paying ur salary and been scammed
Great Copart location as compared to other locations, staff is really helpful and friendly
