My experience at High Five Subaru was phenomenal. From the time I opened my door to was greeted with a warm voice that asked what my needs were. I was the. Instructed to speak with an outstanding customer Servive rep (Sean) who was attentive to my needs. He made sure that I understood all the issues that were going on with my car. Hey also assisted me with a battery changing for my fob. I will definitely continue to drive 35 minutes away from my home to get this great customer service.

I wondered why this place had 4.8 stars and after buying a vehicle there I saw with my own eyes how customer oriented everyone was. Everyone there was very friendly, very helpful with everything, and above all else very patient with my kids. They weren't pushy about trying to steer me onto a brand new Subaru, even though we weren't going to buy a Subaru. Mitchell sent me a personalized video of the SUV and he also described any imperfections with the SUV, which I appreciate him not trying to hide anything, so after that video we made the hour long trip and bought the SUV thanks to everyone there.
What an absolutely professional staff and amazing experience! Massive thanks to Tobias Awoniyi, Jordan Reddish, and Jeff Davis. These gentlemen were top notch and put our needs far and above their own. We felt extremely comfortable throughout the entire experience and they worked hard on our behalf. I took my car in for an oil change and was satisfied with the professional service. The service advisor, Michael, was honest with me about the condition of my car. It is better service here than what I received at a Subaru dealer I went to previously which was located in Plano, TX.
My shopping experience was hassle free. The service department is excellent and their waiting area is superb, they love dogs and the Earth; they ️! Love my Subaru. I do!!
