UPDATE: Just bought bike 5.....The service is still fantastic. They sold my 2 year old Cannondale on EBay for me and I received a fair price for it. I am VERY please with all my dealings with Green Mountain................................................................................................. AWESOME SERVICE..Lets face it, you can buy a bike anywhere, even on line. But the difference between a good bike shop and a fantastic bike shop is customer service. Goody and Green Mountain treats ALL their customers like they are buying a 10,000 bike. Goody set up my bike with such attention to detail and care. I took my new bike on a 15 mile run and it worked flawlessly. The entire staff is fantastic. I have purchased 3 bikes within 1 year and will buy a 4th. THANK YOU GUYS.......

At 63 years of age, I had done a lot of research on low step bikes with disc brakes and had narrowed it down to getting either a Trek (1st choice) or Cannondale. I was glad to see Green Mountain listing their bikes coming in by week on their website. When I saw the model I had thought would be a perfect fit (the Verve 2) I drove out to their shop at lunch and took it for a quick spin. They installed a rack on the rear of the bike and delivered it to my house later that same day both at no additional charge. They are a great group of guys and are very knowledgeable AND patient. I love the bike!!! It is so much lighter and is easier for me to ride than my older mountain bike.
I wasn't too happy with how long it took to get a tuneup. They held the bike for over a month. But, they didn't really do a good job on it. They hadn't aired up the tires, the gears still slipped, but the real kicker was that the seat had grease smeared all over it. We definitely will not be back.
