Everyone from David, the sales rep, who gave us exactly what we asked for, to the installation technicians, Chase and Moses, who worked diligently all day and patiently walked us through the technical aspects, were all top notch. I have had Guardian Alarm for many years and I have been so pleased with them! They have gone above and beyond what they should do. I’ve recently had cameras installed at my house and I feel so safe! From the call all the way to the owner everyone has been so kind and interested in taking care of me. There is no other place that I would ever use other than Guardian Alarm. If you have an alarm go off their callback time is less than 30 seconds. Hometown people taking care of us! January 30, 2020. I have to say one more time what a great group of people that they are! Let’s support our hometown people and use Guardian! You cannot go wrong! Oh and Jeremy and Daniel are the best!!!!
