I have been a member of this credit union since 2001. I have never had an issue with customer service, I have always found the ladies are always welcoming and very open to speak with. They have always been more than willing to work with me on everything. I had 3 car loans with this credit union, i pay my bills on time and NO issues. The others that have had issues here are probably those that don't pay their bills!

Use to be great place 20 to 15 years ago but recently the customer service has tanked and the fees they charge for things reminds me of Bank of America so we switched to Ascend several months ago and have been very happy with them. I am wrapping up any outstanding loans with them and closing our last account with them. I would consider this more of a bank then a local credit union so try Ascend.
