After researching a new (used) car for several months, I found exactly what I wanted at Marloz, a 2014 Nissan Altima SL. I did my due diligence as everyone should and was very impressed by what others had said about Marloz of High Point. Combine that with being voted Best of Southern Triad last year and I felt pretty confident about buying my car from them. Then I met a few members of their staff including the Sales Manager Jake Stutts. Any trepidation I may have felt about buying a used car was immediately erased as everyone made me feel like part of the family. I have a few blemishes on my credit (who doesn't) and I was concerned about paying an outrageous interest rate. I had been quoted something absurd by an online company so I was expecting the worst. To my surprise, Jake had worked very hard to find me an excellent rate (a little higher than a person with perfect credit would pay, but 12 points lower than the online company had quoted me). Plus the loan was with a local credit union which made things even better. I was pressed for time so I asked for the paperwork to be prepared before I got there. I e-mailed them some documents they needed and showed up about an hour later. I was told the paperwork was ready for me to sign, was taken to the finance managers office (who has been doing finance for 40 years he told us) and signed the paperwork as he described what I was signing. All in all, in took about 10 minutes. I was given the key fob, Jake took a picture of me next to my new ride, and I drove off into the sunset;-) This was the MOST awesome car buying experience I have ever had. No muss, no fuss and the car is AWESOME! I normally wouldn't go into such detail about an shopping experience, but I was so impressed I really think everyone needs to know about them especially when many dealers treat their customers so poorly. This is NOT one of those places and you can feel very comfortable buying a car here.

They are awesome here! They put my mom in an awesome little SUV, gave her an awesome price, a deal at cannot be passed up, everyone was so polite and helpful I highly recommend buying a car from them! Thanks guys! !! Update, meant to post this sooner. When we bought the SUV, we were told it had not been in an accident, the previous owner had a dog who she left alone in the car and the dog tore the whole interior to pieces. They had me sign a paper stating I understood that the interior had been damaged and had to be completely replaced. We were okay with that because the vehicle had not been wrecked, or so we thought and were told. When the registration and title came it said Total Loss Claim/Salvage Rebuilt. So I called Raleigh and they informed me that the vehicle had in fact been totally lost due to being totaled in an accident. This was pretty shady on their behalf. We should have been told that the vehicle was total lost due to being an accident and not that a dog tore up the whole interior. I will never buy from them again. Buyer beware!
I wanted a car at their partner location and they got it to this location in a day. I took it for a test drive and was blown away. Their customer service is oustanding also. Highly recommended.

SHAME ON THEM!! BEWARE OF THESE CROOKS! They sold us a Nissan Rogue 2013 with over 75,000 miles on it for 18,0000!!! Put 8000 down. They were the furthest thing from friendly, not thankful or grateful for our business. The cover to the lock on the outside was broken and they took a lock off of another vehicle on their lot and put it on ours and by the time we got home it had fallen off... Wasn't even given a tank of gas. Worst decision I have EVER made.
I received a call from one of their sales reps. He sounded high but I'm unsure. It was approx. 2 minutes long. It was extremely vulgar, derogatory, insensitive, and vile. Everything from attacking the LGBTQ community, to the homeless, and how my family was a bunch of crackheads. I reported this information unperson to the Finance manager who chalked it up to, "people make mistakes." I will never purchase a vehicle from a business who can't define what a mistake is and is not and furthermore who hire employees with poor character and aren't bothered with how the integrity of their values are treated by their employees-both on and off the clock. I will be pursuing further action in an appropriate manner. It is so sad to see businesses lose touch with the value of true customer service. Very disappointed at the leadership and entry level affiliates at Marloz.
