I bought my bike in 2018 and I recently bought my daughters bike from there this year. Customer service was okay but pushy. I felt appreciated both times. We went in to get a tune up on a bike that we did not buy from there. We waited for 20mins. No one even acknowledge us. We understood they were busy speaking with other customers, however, as soon as a white woman walks in, they immediately assist her. I am disappointed that I gave them my business. Never going back.

A new lease on life. I kept my 1998 Gary Fisher Tassajara since the day I bought it new. I had many adventures with that bike and could never bring myself to sell it. I kept it even though it has been an indoor trainer and a wall decoration for the last 10 years. That is until I brought it to Rock 'n' Road and asked Reid if he could bring her back to the glory days. Reid said he'd update her components and keep it true to the original. He did more than that. The work Reid did was AMAZING. My Tassajara honestly looks better than the day I bought it 20 years ago. And the performance is breathtaking. I never once thought my bike could ride like it does now. It's honestly better than anything I could have bought new. Reid performed a miracle and brought my best friend back from the dead. When I ride it I remember all the good times I had with it and now I can't wait to make some more memories! Thanks Rock 'n' Road Cycle and special thanks to Reid!
I was very disappointed with the services Rock N’ Road provided. Not only were they rude, but also not compliant with what I thought was okay when wearing a mask. All the services were provided outside. When I walked up to their outdoor tent area the man in front of me did not have a mask, and was not socially distanced. When I approached, socially distanced and without a mask the employee explained that he cannot fix my bikes unless I have a mask on. When I questioned the man before me he simply stated that I need to have a mask in order to be served. I explained that I would be happy to wear a mask inside if needed but we were outside. Again he stated that I need a mask. We ended up going to Cross Country Cycle instead. Cross Country Cycle was polite, friendly, and did not question mask policy. They were very refreshing to be around. They will be getting our business for the long haul. I have 8 kids all with bikes and grandchildren on the way.
Great service and knowledgeable team. We have been so happy, we make the 2hr drive because we receive the best care.
I’ve always had the best luck here. They’ve caught things missed in past tune ups I’ve had done elsewhere, and everything always seems to run best after I leave here. Highly recommend.
