For recall given 20 years after vehicle was manufactured, this place required two hours for a 30-minute job as stated by Honda itself. This came despite asking the phone rep to allow just one hour. Furthermore, if needed, the part wasn't available. The service rep was impolite and even stated there was no manager on duty for the day (no wonder he acted that way). Also, despite requests to comply with protocol, he repeatedly let his face mask slip. I left without the service, given the problems at the out. The service manager was little better in a follow-up.
