The customer service with Hy-Line cruises is 5 star..truly they care about the guests that take their ferry..they are calm and caring and help you every step of the way from easy parking, ticketing and boarding! There is a cute little cocktail and sandwich place right at the pier..something\Landing\...so once you are settled you can grab a drink..and check out the view from their patio or 8nside..and local art that is really coastal and beautiful..They will do the sandwiches to go for the boat too..they also have cinnamon pop overs that looked \to die for\..and I will be stopping by on the way home for sure!

Close to our hotel. 100 tickets for round trip to Martha’s Vineyard and back to Hyannis Harbor. They have a coffee and good place at the terminal. The boat ride to the island takes about an hour. If you need a mask you might be lucky and they will get you one in the food mart or the ticket desk. The captain is super cool too. You can sit either inside our once the ferry gets out of harbor and gains speed, you can walk on the outside deck.

Was able to get a same day round trip ticket for two but it seemed like I was an inconvenience for the person behind the counter. Then miraculously she was able to accommodate when I said I only wanted a day trip to Nantucket. The ride to was smooth and the ride back was crowded and bumpy. Overall experience was a positive one but if the staff behind the glass was more friendly that would have made a world of difference

Always love being on the boat. Especially when heading TO NANTUCKET. I do wish the C19 cleaning during the churn was more thorough tho.
