I love this UPS store! So helpful and friendly both on the phone and in person. I have used their service multiple times. I just returned from shipping Christmas presents to my son. Long line moving quickly and nothing but friendly and good service from the staff. I appreciate their hard work and positive attitudes. Past shipments have arrived promptly and in good order and I have confidence this latest package will do the same. Thank you to the staff at this UPS Store.

Ordered some electronic equipment. Didn’t get a sign for package notification in my email for myUPS to sign for it. Called the store to pick it up. They said that it’s in a trailer outside and I am not able to pick it up then proceeded to talk down to me when I said electronics can get damaged sitting outside all weekend in freezing temps. Great operation you guys are running.

It depends on who is working if they'll take amazon returns that are in boxes or not. Some will try to charge you for a box others just take the return no problems. I dont think thats a very good way to run a business. Also depends whos working if they will accept my stitch fix returns. Theyve been taking them for months but today wouldn't take it. They make their customers feel like they are the ones in the wrong. We are not, I understand having policies but everyone should be on the same page. Its not fare to the customers who like me drive 45 mins to make a return to find out that they won't accept it today but have for the last 5 years with no problems. I talked to an old man who was the owner or manager not sure white hair and bald. He was extremely rude and laughed at me while he was talking to me about their policies and said nothing has changed in the last 20 years. Sorry Mr. But your wrong your way wrong. Ive done tons of amazon returns without boxes for the last 6 years at this location. How dare him laugh in my face. Made me feel very uncomfortable. I was not in the wrong, although he had made me feel that way. Very poor customer service. I felt embarrassed when I left because he made me feel like I was in the wrong while a whole line of people were watching. Hes lucky I am nice and didn't start a scene. He needs to make sure his employees are all doing the same thing so us customers are not confused on why things are different today. Rude and unprofessional.
This store and Brad went above and beyond to help me with my auction shipping needs. Excellent packaging, excellent communication and I will definitely use again.
