I lost my last parent I was sending my Mother'ssilverware set back home. JDM Packing took it upon themselves, after the deal was made, to re-pack the silverware in a stronger box!!!!! With the note: "Just made sure your Mother's silver got there OK"

I was moving and needed boxes and packing materials. When I walked in store African american guys was there working in the store and i asked for help he ignore to answer and told he wont talk .completely RUDE unprofessional and so bitchy! by far the worst customer service I've seen in a retail store
