This place is top notch. The owner is very knowledgeable and professional. I initially bought a bagless vacuum(new technology) but then NOBODY wanted to empty it or clean the filter. I spoke to JT and asked what vacuum would he recommend and he said to get a bagged vacuum (the dirt is removed from the house). I've been happy ever since and bought another one for my college bound daughter. When my younger kids kept running over everything in their room, JT serviced and sometimes repaired the vacuum with reasonable prices. You don't get this kind of service nowadays. Don't waste your time buying at Target or Walmart because when it breaks, parts may not be available to fix it.
Really oh my god There is it really a place like this this is what I’m talking about family and family belongs very professional very polite and to top it off for 1.67 part he want to hell and back for me thank you so much we were laughing as I bought the part I said are you going to retire and close up and I swear he must’ve spent four days tracking this part down for me
The man was very polite on the phone and in person. I would definitely go back again .
