I recently dealt with an individual named, “Bob”, who helped with an exchange due to an error on their part. The situation was resolved easily and I wanted to recognize him and the company for outstanding customer relation skills. I wish more companies would follow your practices.

Excellent customer service! I have used these guys for my InSinkErator, Marley and Emerson parts and accessories for years. They have the obscure parts that other companies don't want to mess with and when they don't have it they save me time/money by sourcing the part for me. There is always a live, friendly person to help figure out what I need the first time and when working outside of the area or state as I often do they ship my parts the same day I order. Could not be happier with Carroll & after reading a review left by a customer that was angry with their Home Warranty Company and carelessly misdirected their anger towards Carroll I had to share my experience.

Rick was sent out to look at my leaking dishwasher. He confirmed it was leaking then said it could not be fixed. He then decided he could bend the door hinge and it would be fixed. He never tried it after that. The next time I used the dishwasher it flooded my kitchen to the point that there was water coming up between the floor boards. Against my better judgement I allowed Carroll Appliance Repair to send Rick back out to look at the dishwasher. He looked at it and said it wasn't leaking. When I told him I was not confident in the dishwasher not leaking and pointed out the damage that had been caused since his last visit he looked at the floor and told me it was old damage. The floor was put in right before I bought it less than a month ago. Rick then got uncomfortably defensive and proceeded to tell me in a very loud voice that \ I was just looking for something for nothing!\ I was looking for my dishwasher to be fixed and I paid him for his service. I had to tell Rick to leave my house three times. When I called Carroll Appliance Repair, I spoke with Mark the service scheduler. He told me he would have an owner call me to discuss this incident. But it was Mark who called me back to tell me that he spoke with his service manager and that I should call my warranty provider and schedule another company to look at it. I highly advise everybody to stay away from Carroll Appliance Repair. My entire dealings with them have been unpleasant and completely unprofessional. Rick the tech involved should not be allowed into your house, especially if you are alone. Again I had to tell him to leave three times and he was in my face degrading me the entire time.

My dish washer was leaking and they sent out a serviceman who fixed it. Had all the parts that were needed. Happy with my experience! Lazo
