Took an 09 Lancer in for transmission flush and the rear brake caliper locked up. Curt Williams in the service department was a great guy and had everything wrapped up that day. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Work was done quickly. I would definitely recommend for service on a mistubishi or ford. Parts department is also very helpful.

Being the only Mitsubishi dealer in the area I've been taking my Evo here for almost two years, and hence visited the parts and service departments plenty of time. They always take care of me, and when my mom decided to buy a new car, Kerry was one of the many dealers we visited. Cooper was the salesman we met, and he was friendly and eager to help. We ended up buying an Outlander that same day.

I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander just over a year ago. It has already had three recalls! Kerry decided to close down that portion of her business so now I can't even get the recall fixed! They did not even send out a letter stating that this was going to happen and I will have to drive over an hour away to another Mitsubishi dealer! Bad customer service!!!

Brought in car for factory recall, service department bricked my ECU and attempted to charge me 1200 to fix. Unwilling to cooperate, I had to get mitsubishi corporate involved. Had them change the oil while it was there for recall, they used valvoline when Mobil1 is OEM and significantly over filled with oil. Rude, incompotent, keep your mitsuibishi far far away.
