I would give it negative stars if I could. I am having cardiac issues and the have just left me sit for 2 hours. My doctor even called ahead. I am just going to go home and die in comfort instead of in this waiting room.

Our experience at the ER was different then other posters. We were out of town and our two year old had a respiratory emergency and it was their quick treatment and helicopter transfer to Atlanta Children's that saved her life. We couldn't be more thankful for how caring and competent the staff was. Thank you!
Oh my, do not send loved ones. My mom arrived by ambulance. I told her to call ambu bcz she said she slowly was feeling like she couldn’t breathe. My sweet mom was treated like gum on their shoe. She/ we were told she had COPD (which was a new diagnosis) and she was free to go home after a breathing treatment and steroid injection. Script for an inhaler. Two days later she’s still at my house and unable to get out of the bed properly, I take her back, still, same diagnosis- in and out in less than an hour. Next day, I drive my mom to Emory... she had a lung infection that required nearly a month stay. I thank God everyday I did not leave my moms life in the hands of Well Star.
PLEASE AVOID...... These people were very unprofessional, rude, and lazy! Took my husband and they forgot to give us crutches, under the doctor's orders. They seemed to not even care! They took our money and we knew nothing going in AND NOTHING coming out! Went to the Dr. today and received EXCELLENT SERVICE! Something needs to be done quickly! LaGrange is NOT BEING SERVICED WELL AT ALL! Many people AGREE!
Very respectful and quick response time. Went above and beyond to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Nice staff from the front door to the back. Hope I don’t have to come back but if I do it will be here from now on.
