I just found this little shop when my mom’s scooter battery quit charging. I took the battery and charger into the shop and Jenny and Ian were super friendly and helpful. I walked out with a new battery at a very reasonable price within 15 minutes! Great little shop!

I was looking for a power chair for my father and wanted to look at a perticular model they had in the store to see if it suited his need before buying. My father lives in Texas, so obviously I would be buying it there so he could have local service and support. As soon as the woman heard I wasn't buying from her she said and I quote \I don't want any part of that\ and hung up on me. All I was looking for was information. This business is obviously NOT compassionate to an elderly man nor a daughter trying to help him out.

I recently purchased a used scooter from a friend. After a short period of time I had a problem charging the scooter. I called Las Vegas scooter and lifts and spoke with Jenny on the phone. She was very helpful and answered all my questions. She advised me that I should bring the scooter in and they could install new batteries and do a free diagnostic on the machine. When I took the scooter in Ian was very helpful removing the scooter from my vehicle he took it in the store disassembled and inspected the scooter in its entirety after the inspection it was determined that possibly the scooter had been dropped at some point in its life and there was a problem with the transaxle. When I had been on the phone with Jennie she advised it me of a new scooter from Pride that I might be interested in if there had been a problem with my used machine. When I got there of course they had already sold the scooter that she had recommended, but she reached out to their warehouse and found out that there was one in stock and went and picked it up and could have it for me at their store within a couple of hours. I highly recommend Las Vegas scooters and lifts and the professionalism of Ian and Jenny highly recommend this store. By the way I love my new scooter.

Also,They have very affordable equipment For any budget and they were happy to help me . They were extremely knowledgeable about every product and they even have the ability to order custom items.
