We knew exactly what we wanted when we came to Mercedes Princeton but what made it even more special were the people. Buying a car is an experience you usually dread since you are there for hours and hours but, Leo was fantastic and made the process as seamless as it could be. We can’t say enough about how awesome it was to work with Leo, he was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked quickly. All in all this place made it an experience we will never forget. I would give this place 7 stars. This was our 4th stop. It was flawless. No stupid, silly games. It was an honest process. Let’s be honest, buying a car sucks. Most cars sales people are not the most fun to engage with. This dealership is the real deal, from the front desk to sales people and management. Tom Jr is a legend. They clearly outline exactly what is what, no surprises, no games. Family run for a long time. Trust me, go here and save your time, money and energy. Tell them Abe send you.
Our experience at Princeton Mercedes was wonderful. Alex helped make the process quick with no nonsense. Compared to other dealerships we’ve been to this was greatly appreciated. Robert was very knowledgeable and showed us all of the car’s features. He also followed up with some very helpful “how to” videos. We will definitely be back!
I have purchased three Mercedes vehicles in the last 7 years. Each time I was in the market for a new vehicle I started my journey with Princeton Mercedes. Each time, they gave me a reason not to do business with them. In the first instance I simply received no response to my follow-up questions about a vehicle on their website. Eventually, I was told that a car that was on their website was not in stock. I checked several days later and the car was still showing in their online inventory. The second instance involved an issue with my trade-in vehicle. I thought the value they gave was low and decided to get a second opinion from another Mercedes dealer. The other dealer not only offered a higher trade value but offered a lower price on the model I was looking at. Hoping to shop local I called Princeton Mercedes, gave them the details of the offer from the other dealership and hoped that they would match the price. The salesmen accused me of lying and said that there was no way the other dealer had made me such an offer. Needless to say, I purchased the vehicle from the other dealer. In the third instance I was told that no one was available to help me despite the fact that I had called ahead and that I could stop by at any time. After waiting for more than 30 minutes I left. Given how close this dealer is to my house, I really wanted to do business with them but they made it impossible not once, not twice, but three times over the past few years.
Wow! What an enjoyable experience from start to finish! Arno made sure I got the best deal possible and walked out of there smiling. Not only did they take every precaution to make me happy the took every precaution to make me feel safe and clean with COVID-19 going on. Seriously! Don’t worry. They got it covered! Go out and get your dream car while the good deals last! You will not regret it
