Napleton Cadillac of Libertyville was BEYOND expectation! They were ALL so friendly and willing to accommodate in every way possible (August Blancas, Mike Smith, Robert, Evelyn, and Kathy!) I traveled 5.5 hours to IL from MI just to purchase a Cadillac CTS off their lot and loved every minute of it ! All the sales associates were wonderful, August Blancas is fantastic & who assisted me in the purchase! They truly want to make sure when you arrive, and leave your treated with the upmost respect and pleasure. They assisted in my test drive, since I was not from the area and had me really get a feel for the car and the new upcoming purchase! 100% transparency was there at ALL TIMES!
