Great store with quick service FYI, google maps never changed your hours. They say you are open at 9. I’m here and your hours open at 10. Lucky for me there’s a donut shop across the street!

The owner of this place is unprofessional, vindictive and terrible at his job. I was renting a mailbox from this place through iPostal1 and one of the basic services this place was supposed to provide was scanning and alerting me when new mail arrives. This afternoon I went to pick up my mail and was given only one out of the two packages of mine that had been delivered. When he gave me just one of the packages he assured me that was all they had for me. After I told him I had record of another package being delivered, he magically found the second package.. sitting on the counter in front of him. I asked him why he had not alerted me that package had been delivered and he got visibly annoyed, threw up his arms and said it was because "he was the only one working." While that may have been true, it was no excuse since the place was far from busy (I was the only customer in the store). I left the store and a few hours later received an email saying my mailbox was going to be closed a result of "my behavior" in the store. Unfortunately for him, he has obligations as a commercial mail receiving agency and cannot simply close anyone's mailbox just because he feels like it. At any rate, the way he handled this should be a warning to everyone to choose another vendor for your printing and shipping needs.
Great services! The Mail and Print center is the best reasonably priced mailroom I've been to. The service is great! Not a corporate shop at all.. Family owned! I've gotten so many posters & blueprints done here. The store offers a wide variety of services including- PO boxes, printing, banners, poster prints, well as many other things including banners and flyer designs/prints. Nonetheless, great local business!
This was a joke. Couldn’t pack and mail a package. Will go back to my normal place when they open Monday. This was not an amazon return. I literally just needed a painting packed and mailed and you guys couldn’t do it. Stand by my review. Go to Mail America in McKinney, they are amazing.
These guys are a great option right now as we are all stuck inside due to Covid. I had some business fliers that I needed printed and shipped so I emailed them the documents and they took care of everything. They were informative, professional, and very efficient!
Quick and great customer service.. much better than visiting the post office! Small lines, friendly employees, and great prices!
