I’ve had a mailbox here for over eight years. I love the fact that they offer a regular address versus a post office address. I’ve been incredibly happy with the customer service that I have received. Afshin and Fay are definitely my favorite business owners in Beverly Hills they are incredibly warm, friendly and very professional. It’s definitely a one stop shop. They offer mailbox rentals, packaging, notary, fingerprints and you can also get keys made and all with a warm smile. I highly recommend Mail Boxes Times!!

Fay and her husband are the friendliest and most neighborly people I know. Their customer service is unbelievable! They always have a smile and a nice word! I feel like a member of their business family! I have been here over 10 years and look forward to the next 10. I have three or four friends that get their mail here. All of them think highly of Fay and her husband. This store is an asset to Beverly Drive. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!!:)
