*The UPS store is close by & ALWAYS OPEN DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS* Please update your hours on Google. If you step out during your busi. hrs, pls leave a sign letting your customers know that along with the time you will return. On 10/21 @10:36am, you were closed. About 4 ppl, 1 of them sick & elderly, were waiting outside for you. One man came at 9am, left & came back at 10:30a only to see that you were STILL closed during your busi.hrs. How unprofessional & inconsiderate.

Came here Wed morning at about 10:30am and was surprised to see a group of ppl waiting outside the store because it was closed...during the hrs that they're supposed to be open. Followed the crowd that left to find another store. Also, the response from the owner to reviews is so unprofessional.

I was told the aren’t a UPS . I needed help in returning something to amazon.At first I thought she was going to help me. Danny had told me what to do. When I mentioned that’s not what Danny said I was told goodbye. Today I was told they don’t have internet stand outside and use the internet. Had amazon on the phone tried again going inside to mail my package. I was told there was a UPS on Rockbridge . Very rude and really upset me.
