The place would of been just lovely I'm sure if Google had their hours correctly and I didn't drive all the way here before I thought they were closing at 6pm on Saturday. The door clearly says they closed at 2pm on Saturday.

Run !!! Don't ever take your business here!!!Place was Filthy!!!! Unorganized, kid didn't know how to run register. Justvwantes to biy a quick book of stampscas Sprouts next door didn't have any and happened to see them out of corner of my eye. Them didn't have a book, had to PRINT stamps off of a roll that say .50 on them but are worth .80 she tells me and then instead of charging face value of 10 for 2p stamps, they charged 16. Her explanation is they are a third party!!!
Have had some pretty annoying experiences in post offices lately and decided to come here. Was super easy and convenient, Sly helped me out and was really nice and helpful. Nice to know I can go somewhere nearby that's really quick and with good service
Updated hours due to covid, totally understandable. But not updated online, making it a wasted trip
Bummer. When I started here 1.5 yrs ago it was great service and perfect for the light mail my business gets. They said call anytime and we will tell you what is in your mail. And I have and it worked well and so I renewed for a year. I called a few days ago and the guy was saucy about it. He didn't want to look and after I asked twice he said "I don't know man, there is just a lot." Went this morning and my mail is totally mangled, and there is a bill. This is about 4 months of mail. A quick call to me and this would have been resolved. Instead they just kept shoving it in. Last time I renewed for a year, now I will only buy a month, just long enough for my change of addresses to be effective.
So I have been using this location for all my bulk mail or international mail for about 16 years. With the past owners, it had always been great service and great prices. However, whomever owns it now, is just awful. I went in to send a letter to Zambia, Africa. I paid 22.00 which is fine. Then the letter was returned to me for too little postage. I Took it back to them and they added (on the house) another 1.50 in postage. Sent the letter again. Came back to me again. I don’t know anything about mail and or how much it costs to send something to London or Zambia or Cleveland. That’s what MailPlus is for; Literally, that’s their only job. It sucks. Past owners were super nice. Super helpful. That’s over as is my business with them. Sorry, I don’t mean to be mean, but for reals, y’all have one job. One.
Today was off to a horrible start until I came to Mail Plus!! I was trying to get a simple document notarized by my bank. For whatever reason they said they could not do it. It was a legal letter addressed to a government agency with my signature on it!!! I have had to provide similar documents before and have NEVER EVER been denied notarization! Upon leaving my bank (extremely angry that they have done identical items before yet would not do this one) I used Google to find a notary nearby. Google suggested Mail Plus which is right by my bank. I went in and the two men who helped me were very understanding of my frustration and within 5 minutes of being there my document was notarized and I was on my way home!!! They even assisted in making sure i had the proper postage as this was a very important document and is time sensitive. Now I don't know if they knew I needed it sent asap but I am sure they could tell how important it was to me!! I failed to get their names to give them proper acknowledgement but I guarantee I will be there again and again for all my postal and notary needs!!!!! The final gesture was the one that hit my heart, as I was leaving the Man who actually notarized my document came out of the back and simply said " I hope your day gets better." Those simple words truly made my day better!!! Once again Thank You Mail Plus for not only helping me but making it feel like my issue was as important to you as it was to me!!!!
Love Joe, Steve and Steve's mom! I have been going there for years and I feel they are friends now. They make shipping SO much easier. I would much rather give my money to a small, local business. I highly recommend them.
