We have been clients for 11 years and we love Tina the owner, she has a very happy and welcoming personality and always greets you with a big smile . Great service and I truly recommend her to everyone. She also has parcel lockers so you can get your package 24 hours . Store is so clean and you always have parking what I think is very important no driving around like other places. Deal With Confidence!!!

These are literally the nicest people that own a business in Sherman Oaks, or anywhere for that matter. The owner and the staff that I have dealt with go above and beyond customer service! For example, they stayed past closing recently to help me package an item for my niece. It was oversize and they cut the box down to make the cost less expensive for me to ship. THANKS! This kindness saved me 50 bucks!!! I will always come here for all my shipping and packaging needs.
