The staff there are nice and patient. Last time I met a problem with my shipped package, the staff helped me make a long call with the UPS customer service, and finally had it resolved. Big thanks!

Absolute WORST! packages are not labeled correctly and will arrive “whenever they arrive” regardless of the price you pay for 2 day shipping on a refrigerated package. They hide behind the larger UPS name so they don’t have to give you refunds. The manager is unprofessional and the store owner will talk over you, and eventually just hang-up when he doesn’t feel like dealing with your issue anymore. Will NEVER use their services again.
