I walked in to look at snowboards for my daughter. After about 20 minutes of looking without anyone saying a word to me, I tried to ask the young kid at the front counter a question, but said he was busy looking up something for someone else on the computer. OK, well, does this store only have one person helping in the ski/snowboard area? All the other employees were standing back in the bike counter area talking to each other. Perhaps this store should hire more help in the ski section during the winter season? Just a thought. So I walked out. Went a few days later to Gear West with my daughter and received great service from the guy working the snowboard area. Bought the entire package from them.

Took a while to get my Stumpy fixed but oh well that's the way it goes sometimes .but I love it just the same. the guys there seemed to do a bang-up job thank you for the help thank you for the work I appreciate it. Very nice courteous staff seem to be well-informed qualified people again I thank you

The maple grove, Minnesota location is the worst location by far. I’ve been to other Eric’s bike shops and I can say this experience is isolated to the maple grove location. My little brother and I spent 200 at the store today and then tried to upcharge an installation of snowboard bindings. This is 8 screws. The worker tried to charge 40 to screw in 8 screws and then proceeded to tell us how busy he is because he has to work on bikes. You’d think he’d be a professional by now considering he works at a bike shop and he’s over 40 years old. He is a bigger dude on the edge of obesity. I hope he sees this and fixes his attitude. I would not recommend the maple grove location to my worst enemy. Nobody shop here!!!

I would have liked to have been greeted when I walked into the store or within the first 15 minutes...which didn't happen until I made direct eye contact and maintained it with one of the mgrs. What could've been a 300 dollar sale turned into a missed opportunity..for them not us

Just bought a new bike! Erik's has the best selection of bikes and helpful employees to help find best one! You can test ride bikes outside to make sure you love the bike before taking it home. Additionally, we purchased another bike online that came unassembled, and Erik's bike shop was more than happy to assemble it for us! Amazing customer service!!
