I cannot say enough about this banking institution. Ages ago I had to close out my account because there was not a location nearby. However, their professionalism and upbeat attitudes have not changed. I don't live in the area anymore, but walking in to this location was always a pleasure. Thank you.

I have no idea what you're paying Juan Balderas, but it isn't enough. Juan has been SO helpful answering all my questions about getting an auto loan with Security Service. I haven't even gotten my auto loan yet, but I've been so impressed with his customer service that I needed to write this review. If you need an auto loan, make sure to ask for JUAN BALDERAS. He's crazy knowledgable and literally had an answer for all of my probably 50 questions right on the spot. Didn't even need to ask anyone in his office for help with my questions (which were very detailed). I'd give Juan 11 out of 5 stars if I could! Thank you!!!
