You guys are open for such a short period of time... to think it would be too much to ask for at least two people to be working when a rush of people comes in. The lady was awesome at taking care of everyone as professionally fast as she could. The unnecessary stress on her could be avoided. Get her some help in a timely manner.

Office was vacant at 7:40 PM. No means available to contact anyone. At 7:57 PM, a worker randomly stumbled in from the warehouse to assist me.
The woman who works the customer service desk here is professional and fantastic. Wish I could say the same for the rest of the company. They habitually deliver my packages late, or lose them for weeks. Yet despite all the guff she gets from customers because of this, the woman working the desk never loses her cool, and does a great job of empathizing with customer frustrations. If UPS were only staffed fully by clones of her, then they would be my shipper of choice!
This review is specifically for Mary Ann who went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me locate a package this evening. I was fussy about having been given the run around since January 29 and Mary Ann could tell I was in no mood. I explained the issue and she listened even though I had enough! Mary Ann tracked the package and was able to get it rerouted to me TONIGHT! She took the time to understand what happened with the package and exhibited extreme patience. She assured me she would try to get this turned around but I had no idea that it would be so quick. Mary Ann related to my circumstances and empathized with me in a way that I wasn't expecting. She saved the day, period! UPS has a good person and player on their team in Mary. Treat her right, UPS. While I pray to never go through such an experience again, I would only want to encounter her. Thank you, Mary Ann! You were our angel!
Picking up my package was quick and easy. The customer service representative was polite and courteous. Top shelf service. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.
