The back office doctors and technicians are excellent. The front desk is the reason why I will NEVER go back there. The last 2 visits they were condescending, lousy attitude and downright ignorant. Sad to say I’ve been going there for 20 years and have seldom experienced such rudeness and -0- customer service attitude at any place of business. I understand people can have a bad day. They should go work at Walmart. Even those people are more pleasant.

I received excellent care at the Swagel Wooten Eye Institute. My Dr, Dr Pierce was very competent. My exams were thorough and never rushed. Her assistants were very professional and helpful as well. We are moving to Korea soon. The assistant looked up Korean health care on line to help give me an idea of what to expect there. I was so impressed that he would take the time to do this! I highly recommend this eye clinic.
