my appointment went fine, nice and courteous, but it went down hill after we gave them our money. first, we had to call them when my glasses didn't come in after 2 weeks, and then it took them another week to find out that the shipment was lost in transit. then another 3 weeks before we get the call to come and pick them up only to get to the office to be told that my glasses were mailed out. so I finally get my glasses and I'm thankful that the prescription is correct but the frames are not what I ordered. we called several times and either no one could assist us or we have to leave a message and no one calls back. we spent over 650 after insurance and they have now billed us for more and I didn't even received what I ordered. .

I had a scratched cornea caused by another physician. They got me in right away and even stayed open late to see me. I was treated for the scratch and given some drops. I am so grateful that they went above and beyond to help me. I would recommend them to anyone. Great staff!!!

I had an appointment scheduled at 10:40 this am. They texted me twice today and once a week ago to remind me to be on time. I arrived at 10:40. After an hour I asked why was I waiting for an hour and never got called. The desk woman said she was sorry, but there was an emergency.. I suggested other medical offices have the courtesy to inform the patient of the delay and an option to wait. After wasting an hour of my life with several others being seen before me. Told the woman at the desk I was leaving and why. Needless to say the courtesy, professional I received was not evident. So if you can waste an hour of your life without being offered excuses, by all means go to Mar-Tan Optical and be ignored. I went because I wanted to patronize a local office instead of another chain. What a mistake!

They done a awesome job with my son they was very patient with him show us our options and then told us about the deal they have going on for 2nd pair he has altidal and celber palsey so they are good with children with special needs i recommend anyone to go here great place clean and well respected
