Just like all the sites in the park, the ruins are amazing to see. The way everything sits in the alcove of the cliff makes for stunning views. Easy to see form the visitors center.

We came to the park later in the day on our drive to Oklahoma, so we only got to see this site, but it is lovely. Would've been nice to get a closer look though

You could view it but not hike to it or walk through it.... it was a short hike before you hit a sign that said there were no viewpoints past that point. There was a building that had its back deck open and some chairs which probably had the best view of Spruce Tree House during COVID.

The dwellings face west so they are best lit in the afternoon and evening.

Amazing place. This is a must do in park. The trail was closed. So, i was able to only see it from a distance.
