Mr. Anderson Lopez, by far has for me, exemplified what an Exceptional, Caring and Attentive person of service looks like! I brought in my 2015 Nissan Rogue after it sitting for almost 10 months in my driveway(out of the country), oh so I thought! it was man-handled and almost unrepairable due to it being utilized by teen-ager! \Candela\ ( the name I gave my car) suffered so many damages interior, under the hood, under the car! Good Grief! Mr. Lopez with concerned eyes reassured me that all the damages can and will be repaired! I asked him if he was going to roughly need about a week to work on her? He replied;\ No. As long as all the parts are in stock and including having them shipped from the warehouse; it will be ready by tomorrow afternoon.\ Thank you for taking the time to explain the diagnostics and solutions and look forward to seeing you in 3500K miles!

Darien was the employee who attended me at the service center. He has amazing customer service! He discussed with me in great length all of my options. I have never had that kind of service at this dealer- not that my prior experiences were bad, but this employee did exceed my expectations. I also saw how he treated other customers while I waited for my car and can say he attended them in the same manner. Very respectful, kind and tried to have all his customers leave happy.

I had a complicated issue with my cars transmission and the service director, Erick Vallina, was so professional, kind, and did everything in his power to help me. Erick was very attentive and regularly kept me up to date with my cars service. I definitely recommend anyone who owns a Nissan to get their car serviced here, you won't be disappointed! I would also like to thank Rudlin for performing the repair on my car and doing an amazing job. Great service is hard to come by nowadays, but you will definitely find it here!

Everyone was very courteous, especially Carlos, our technician. We received a Lyft, to and from our house, from the company until our car was ready for pickup. Carlos took pictures and showed us the work they performed, which gave us peace of mind. Any questions that I had, he answered. He called me throughout the day to update me on the pricing.
