Hello I had my surgery on January 13/2021 . From the very first day that I reached out to iRemote Health Recovery. I had. good communication . They was able to answer all my concerns and Questions that I had . All the staff members was caring and friendly. Patient . Clean and well groomed . I felt safe in there care . Nurse BBl was caring professional . I was picked up on time for all of my appointments. And they even took me to my extra massage appointments that I had scheduled . I was drop off at the airport on time . they provide me with support and supplies like they said The hotel was comfortable and safe and great location clean . They even gave me a new room . When I could no longer stay in the room with my room mate . I truly would recommend I Remote Health Recovery Services . . My Aide even brought me fresh fruit from the store . and my breakfast was brought to me . I can not thank this service enough . Meredith Foster. I truly recommend this service. If it’s in your budget. My family did not have to worry about me . My son got a chance to meet some of the staff members. He felt at ease . Knowing I was being taken care of . ️️️️️

An amazing recovery for me from 2/28/2021-03/04/2021. If I ever decide to have a round 2 I will book with iRemote Health all over again. It literally feels like family is taking care of you. Vitals were constantly being checked and I did not have to lift one finger. The room was always spotless and sanitized. If you want to recover in a stress free environment then you need to book here! Curtis, the driver is so kind and punctual (which was very appreciated). Mecha, the masseuse was so relatable and gentle with me after my rough experience with my lymphatic massage at the doctors office. And Ms. Robin, truly an angel sent to take care of me. She did all she could to make me comfortable. She helped me eat, shower and get dressed. I wish I could take her home with me. This is an experience I will never forget and will hold everyone here close to my heart. P.S. Nurse BBL, has amazing communication with the clients and her staff. She answered all of my questions and came to check up on me my first night. Thank you all so much!

I don’t know where to start. From booking until drop off, they took care of every single need and more. The staff is like family, nurturing and all. I couldn’t have asked to be placed in better hands!! When you are recovering, you NEED this type of care! The experience is unmatched and the staff makes you feel like a person, not a patient! From the moment I inquired about staying with IRemote to the moment I was dropped off to go back home I felt nothing short of family. The whole team is amazing and everyone really cares. They go above and beyond to ensure that each of their dolls are nothing less then satisfied! If I ever decide to get surgery again I would book NurseBbl, Curtis, and Pepita with no hesitation they’re truly the reason I’m recovering so well️️
Nurse BBL and her staff were wonderful and very professional. Hands down the best nurse service for recovering after any type of surgery. You get your own private room, supplies, the food was great, the pool and hotel was nice, friendly staff, everything went smoothly. They made the recovery process bearable and easy. Everyone was knowledgeable and attentive. They even took care of our laundry needs. Can’t say enough good things about them. Highly recommended!
This was the best choice I’ve made in my SX. They treat you like family! I could not physically do anything after my Sx and they took really great care of me. I would choose them again next time I get sx. Everything was also all included food, supplies as well so that really helped me. I came with a carry on and a personal tote bag that really helped me out a lot. And them feeling me 3 meals a day really helped me to focus on just getting better. Highly recommended
