I really don’t care for the lack of attention the dealership gives you as a customer. I specifically asked at my first oil change to rotate my tires but not to touch the air as I have Nitrogen and they lowered my air pressure on all 4 tires. So now I have to waste time and gas and go to Costco to resettle my tire air pressure which takes days to set perfectly.

We purchased a new Siverado Custom truck Wednesday September 9, 2020. I would like to recognize our sales man Ivan Campos. Ivan was extraordinarily helpful. Not only did he go out of his way to help us find the vehicle we wanted but he was excellent and attentive with explaining financing and pricing. Ivan was very understanding to find us a truck within our budget. Ivan also helped with our trade in. In addition, Ivan displayed excellent customer service. The truck color and model we wanted was located in another dealership. For that reason, it required an understanding between dealerships.
