Where do I start?! This office sets itself apart from the rest, and NOT for good reason! First off, the Dentist are there to encourage you to have work done that is unnecessary and costly! Even if the insurance pays for it, don't let them perform work doesn't need to be done. But how would you know right?! Next, the front desk staff, specifically Monica, needs additional customer service training or needs to find a new line of work. Calling to ask for YOUR dental file doesn't warrant rudeness. I get having a rough day and sometimes it gets the best of you.. But If you have a hard time with providing customer service and get frustrated because you can't do your job, it's time to leave. Avoid this office and its staff at all cost.

Was quoted 3,000 for four crowns. Called FOUR times and left an email to Brenda for a quote after giving new fee schedules for new insurance. I tried calling for 2 weeks. My open enrollment ends tomorrow and still they couldn't return my call. Moving on..

Dr Ayouby is by far the most professional dentist I've ever met. I have a crazy amount of anxiety whenever it comes to the dentist and people who know me know that about me but he was able to get me comfortable and do what he needed to do and never complained no matter how difficult I felt I was. Easily a 5 star dentist. I will be his patient for life.

I love this place now that they have new ownership and people, they are excellent!! I had work done here 3 or 4 years ago paid for my dentures but never came back to complete the fittings because they were so rude and made me feel so terrible I even cried. The staff and my Dr Tran are so awesome and caring, I totally recommend this place 100%
