This 4x4 Trail is Excellent. There's some nice spots for Camping as well. Well worth it taking a day out there with Mother Nature. 100% reccomend

Permit required* This is a fairly quick trail to drive with a 4x4 vehicle like we did today but very beautiful views within the canyon. Great for ATV travel, horseback, or hiking. Not too difficult as I drove in and out with my stock Silverado. There were a couple spots that I needing to actually think about my path because of clearance going over rocks.

Beautiful country. It's a slight shame that they're moving the permits to a pay system on March 19th, 2020. On the other hand, maybe then people will be less prone to leave garbage around and take better care of this surreal landscape. Thanks Mesa Ranger District.
