Salesman Richard Buschel went above and beyond our expectations with our recent vehicle purchase at Northtowne Mazda. We bought a Ford truck after driving for about 3 hours to reach their store. We drove our trade-in vehicle and Richard had us back on the road with the deal we wanted in an hour and a half; from arrival to leaving. Simply amazing Sales staff. A rating

I've been coming to this dealership for the better part of the decade for both buying cars and having service done. The staff is friendly, courteous, and don't engage in toxic, high pressure sales tactics; sticking to the facts and letting the cars and warranty speak for themselves. The service is always prompt and professional, and I know my car will drive home like the day I got it after a good service.

Service center is garbage. Brought a 2018 in to get an oil change “package” and find out why the check engine light was on. After nearly 2 hours there was no resolution to engine light and car was returned. It’s the Mazda dealership. If they can’t tell me what is wrong with their computer system in the car than who can ? One of the other Mazda locations that’s who. I assume the oil was changed but I honestly haven’t even checked the dipstick yet. No fluids were topped. 2 hour waste of time and money. Would of just changed the oil and left the light on myself for 90 dollars.

My experience with Northtowne Mazda was excellent. I knew my choice of vehicle was between a Mazda 6 and a Toyota Camry. I requested information from several dealers and Northtowne provided the information without any of the stereotypical car salesman stuff. Gene, the sales consultant, asked if I was interested in coming in for a test drive. I requested a Friday test drive and upon my arrival, a quick copy of my DL was made, and I was able to take a Mazda 6 for a drive. As Friday was a day off for Gene, Tom, the sales manager, stepped in, was professional and I believe we both appreciated that neither of us wanted to waste the other's valuable time. After test driving a Camry the same day, I decided to go with the Mazda 6. Tom had a 6 with the options I wanted but not the color. On Saturday, Tom had located a 6 with the options I wanted and was confident the vehicle could be in Gladstone on Monday. All of the communication on Friday evening and Saturday was via e-mail including my commitment to buy the car. Monday evening I purchased the car and drove home. Gene sent a thank you e-mail on Wednesday to make certain I knew he and the entire dealership wanted me to be completely satisfied. I am very impressed with the team at Northtowne Mazda. The entire process from initial request to driving the car home was as painless as buying a car can be. I felt truly valued as a potential customer and absolutely feel appreciated as a Mazda 6 owner.

Most people we dealt with were friendly and nice. Got a good deal on the vehicle we wanted. Didn't take a long time for paperwork. Would recommend them if you are looking for a mazda. The only negative thing I would say is that a lot of people were not properly wearing masks during the pandemic.
