I have a conversion van with a certain model of underfloor propane heater that's hard to find service for, which has been having strange intermittent problems. When I called this service center, I asked if they could service my specific model of heater, and they told me they could no problem. After waiting weeks for my appointment and driving many hours to get there, I met with the technician who informed me that he had ever seen one of these before\. I left it overnight and asked him to at least take it down and look at it, which he said he would. When I returned the next day he said that \it worked when he turned it on\ and he \didn't feel comfortable taking it down\ because it was too unfamiliar. Now, a week later, it's not working again, and I have to find yet ANOTHER place to service it. Please do your due diligence next time when a customer asks if you can service a specific model of something. I feel like my time and money has been wasted.

I am driving through town and am having issues with my RV refrigerator. Talked with Jim and he was very helpful. He mentioned that he had many appointments ahead of me but said that maybe he could help me on the phone. Gave me several great tips to try and invested over 15 minutes on the phone with very likely no chance of making any money. This is what great customer service looks like!!! Thank you Jim and if the tips don’t work we will swing back through on our way home for a replacement!! Jon

Their mobile guy, Randy was great. Very likeable and professional. Explained what was wrong and what repairs he made at a very reasonable cost. We know who to call next time we need anything.

I just had a reaming experience at Abe's. They put in a new 30 amp fuse link. Actual labor time was 16 minutes by my stop watch. I was billed 130 and the fuse link of 14 from O'Reilly. I checked O'Reilly the link was 3.95 and a pack of fuses 4.95. Do the math. Earl K Mayview MO
