I was very impressed with this company. They replaced a water heater for me almost 2 years ago. I had a minor issue come up and they came back to resolve it free of charge. It is nice to see a company that stands by their work!

I will say that the majority of my rating is because it was part of a home insurance claim. The part that they could have assisted with is that if the claim was outside of the accepted contract, they could have left my sink in working function rather then taking the faucet and leaving me without a bathroom sink for 3 days while the problem was resolved. I was very disappointed that they don't work weekends to address the issue nor would they come back on Friday afternoon to put the faucets back. I'm glad that this learning opportunity is over.
