Ladies, I'm writing to you both to express how pleased I am with the service provided by Marilynn Enriquez Suarez. I have been a member of the credit union since 1996. Since then there have been several great outstanding employees there. I didn't think that anyone could replace Gladis Soto, and Javier Aguilera came close, but Marilynn takes it to another level. Marilynn is always friendly, professional and responsive. I never feel like I'm intruding on Marilynn's time and she always follows through on what she says she's going to do. Recently Marilynn helped my wife and I figure out an issue we needed a quick answer to. She called with the information ready, gave us the answer and was gracious about it. Marilynn's mantra is, \Just call me and I'll take care of it.\ LOVE THAT! In a time when customers are directed to apps and websites, Maryilynn still realizes what outstanding customer service looks like and we sincerely appreciate it. Horrible! We went to open checking account. Front desk Cristal told if we didn't make an announcement, we cant. THE BRANCH HAD NO CUSTOMERS AND WE HEARD VERY LOUD GIGGLING AND LAUGHINGS.

Anthony Sotelo in the Monroe branch is the best banker I have ever met. He is nice, responsive, and efficient. He helped me open my checking account in less than 30 minutes. He does not ask any dumb questions. He provided me all the required information I need to be cautious such as fees.
