I Sold them my Jeep which I had purchased from them less than two years earlier and serviced exclusively with them. They failed to cancel all of the Mopar service and maintenance warranties as I requested at the time of sale. I had to call Mopar directly 45 days later to learn the Lifetime Maximum Care maintenance plan had not been cancelled. They filled out the paperwork incorrectly for the Mopar warranties on which they did initiate the cancellation and refund process. Instead of me receiving a rebate check 15 days after I sold the vehicle I had to wait two months! They directed the rebate cancellation to Chrysler Capital to be paid against the vehicle's loan. However, I cut them a check at the time of sale to pay off the loan! This ensured the dealership/Chrysler Capital had a two-month free loan of my rebate. Potentially this also reduced the amount of the rebate because Mopar's contracts prorated the refund on the day they are notified, and not on the day the vehicle is transferred. However, I insisted they based the refund on the date of sale. Originally, I gave this dealership a five-star review, but I would now give them a zero-star review if I could.

We drove very far to buy a vehicle from this dealership. Upon arrival the car was as depicted but even more beautiful than expected. Personally, I couldn't have had a better salesman, he gets 5 STARS! His name is Ken Glass and he was just the right guy to take care of us and the process. He puts personality, fun, effort, and love into his work as well as seeing it through that the car was in all around perfect condition before we took it home. I highly recommend asking for Ken if you are going to buy here. I'm giving Heritage 4 stars because it took six hours for me to drive off with my car. I had to get a hotel room. That is too long, and so they will need to strive to reach the next star by speeding up the entire process. All in all, its worth a long drive to buy from this place. I felt they really stepped up to the plate, and they were a very high class dealership and I am very satisfied. .

Horrible service from the parts department. I had a helpful person at the parkville location that gave me a price for a part that was in stock at this dealer. When I called this one to order it, the price was 50 more and I was given a BS reason. Only called Heritage since my dealer of choice was further way. I was grateful to find the same part off Rock Auto for less money with express shipping It got more than one star since when I had service done there years ago, I had a good experience & I know the sales floor is laid out well and up to date.
