Came here to do a live scan. It was a little tough to find but the lady on the phone was very helpful guiding me to the front door. I was greeted and helped right away. A lady with initials AP took my fingerprints and i was out of there in less than 10 minutes. Thank you AP for your kindness and professionalism. I will definitely recommend

So I called them on Memorial day to see if they might be open and some lady picked up and I told her I want a live scan done and she asked me \what job is it for\ I was so confused because they dont need to know that. But any way I told her for what job amd she told be \it's going to be 80\ I told her o it's not going to be 80 I done this before its 15-35\ and after I said that she said \oh okay then\ and she didn't know what to say after so she hung up on my face. If u care about your money dont go here. And if u do hold on to ur wallet then they might steal it. Very disappointed

I waited over 20 minutes for my fingerprints. There is nothing “ASAP” about this place, when the girl finally came to do my fingerprints she apologize for the wait. I asked her if there was anyone else who could help me and she said “usually they always leave all fingerprints for me, even if they know how do them. I’m sorry for the inconvenience I was doing a CPR class” so because the other ladies are lazy!! I have to wait! Do not recommend!!!

Do not recommend, long wait time! ASAP fingerprint doesn't have it's own building so it was hard to find. It's in a building labeled CPR. You enter the building and I had to ask if I'm in the right place. I was. I waited 30 minutes to be called and the process only took 5 minutes . I asked the other people how long they had waited and they said half an hour. If your employer covers some of the cost, they charge 23. If they don't cover you, it can range from 40 - 80.
