The process was pleasant. I love the SUV I bought and the general manager gave me far more for my trade-in than I expected. The office staff members were professional, cordial and highly skilled. My only issue was this... The salesman was less than forthcoming about several things. Had the GM not stepped in I would have left and purchased elsewhere.
