Great service as a shared branching credit union.

Been a member since 2001. Taken out 4 car loans and refinanced a 2001 Jeep Sahara soon as I joined the bank. I have also taken out three personal loans over the years. I can honestly say this is the best bank I have dealt with in Arizona. I have never had a problem in over 19 years. That's an impossible feat for national banks. Arrowhead branch is my personal favorite. Every employee remembers you well and is personable. I will continue to use Sunwest for the foreseeable future and recommend to anyone looking to rid themselves of those terrible nationwide banks

Deposited a payroll check into the ATM on Wednesday night, here it is Saturday night and it's still pending. So you're telling me, this branch can't manually verify a check on Thursday, Friday, Saturday.. 3 working days and counting. So come Monday, it will have been 5 days waiting for someone to open an envelope, verify a dollar amount and enter it into the computer. Literally had to panhandle 3 at a gas pump to get home this evening. I do, however, like that an overdraft fee of 32 is instantaneously lightning quick at the drop of a hat, that's super efficient!
